The HD 1400 Evolution is Corghi’s automatic tire changer, designed to deliver high performance, reliability, and safety when handling truck and industrial tyres. It is a machine designed for heavy-duty use, capable of handling all wheel types, from truck wheels to the most demanding applications in agriculture, logging, and earthmoving.
The fully hydraulic system ensures constant and controlled force, allowing the operator to handle even the most complex tasks with greater ease and operational continuity.

FULLY HYDRAULIC OPERATION
The HD 1400 Evolution uses a fully hydraulic system, designed to deliver high performance, constant force and continuous operation even during the most demanding tasks. The hydraulic power unit is mounted on the machine to minimise its overall dimensions.
58” SELF-CENTRING WITH HYDRAULIC MOTOR
The new self-centring device can secure wheels up to 58” in diameter and is 120 mm longer, to meet the requirements of modern tyres, which are becoming increasingly wider. Without extensions, it secures wheels without a central flange up to 38”, whilst with the extensions it can handle up to 58”.
STALLONATOR DISC ON SELF-LUBRICATING BUSHINGS
The tool holder incorporates a bead-separating disc mounted on self-lubricating bushings, designed to ensure smooth operation and durability. The disc’s profile and angle facilitate penetration between the rim edge and the tyre bead, helping to reduce the risk of tyre damage.
