The HD 1300 is the Corghi tyre changer designed to offer maximum operational versatility in confined spaces, while maintaining the performance and reliability typical of machines for truck and industrial tyres.

Capable of handling wheels up to 56”, with widths up to 1300 mm and a maximum weight of 1700 kg, it is the ideal solution for workshops that service trucks, agricultural vehicles, and earthmoving equipment but require a compact and flexible machine.

Available in both the semi-automatic HD 1300 and automatic HD 1300 A versions, it offers a complete range of configurations to adapt to different operational needs, with the option to integrate a radio kit for wireless control.

Features and functions

HYDRAULIC SELF-CENTRING UP TO 56”

The self-centring, hydraulically clamped spindle enables work to be carried out on a wide range of wheels, from 14” up to 56” with extensions, ensuring a firm grip and operational safety even on industrial tyres.

The availability of specialised guards also allows for safe working even on alloy rims.

INDEPENDENT MOVEMENTS FOR MAXIMUM OPERATIONAL FREEDOM

The system allows for independent movement between the self-centring unit and the tool arm, enabling the wheel and tools to be positioned quickly with maximum freedom.

The tool arm moves at high speed, whilst the wheel carriage provides all the force required for safe machining, improving productivity and efficiency.

MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC TOOL ARM

The HD1300 is available in two configurations:

HD 1300: robust, manually operated tool arm
HD 1300 A: fully automatic tool arm, with movements controlled from the console

This modular design allows you to choose the level of automation best suited to your workflow.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WITH START AND STOP FUNCTION

The hydraulic control unit is designed to ensure energy efficiency and operational continuity.
The START & STOP function automatically shuts down the machine during periods of inactivity, restarting it upon the next command.

CONTROL CONSOLE WITH WIRELESS OPTION

The control console can be fitted with a 2.4 GHz radio kit (optional), which enables wireless transmission and improves:
