iONE Remote is Tecnomotor’s remote diagnostics service designed to support repair shops in their most complex diagnostic tasks. Through an Internet connection and activation of the service via a credit-based subscription, the device allows the vehicle to be connected to Tecnomotor’s specialized technicians, who can intervene remotely to perform diagnostic operations and specific procedures.
Designed to complement traditional diagnostic devices, iONE Remote allows the repair shop to quickly access specialized expertise without having to handle particularly complex or infrequent procedures in-house. Upon completion of the service, a detailed report of the activities performed is also provided.
