Thanks to the new EXACT Alignment TOP software, automated procedures, and a comprehensive multi-brand database, it represents an advanced solution for wheel alignment professionals seeking to increase productivity, precision, and service quality.

The system combines a measuring bar with the latest generation of Hi-Q cameras, a column-integrated lift, and a software platform developed specifically for wheel alignment specialists. The result is a modern, reliable wheel alignment system ready to meet the needs of next-generation vehicles.

Thanks to its compatibility with the PROADAS system and its numerous operational support tools, KDS 3D TOP BMW allows wheel alignment to be integrated into the ADAS calibration process, expanding the workshop’s service offerings.

Developed specifically for wheel alignment professionals, the software offers a modern and intuitive interface, a progress bar, quick menus and wizards that make the work quicker and easier. The integrated database includes over 84,000 cars and light commercial vehicles.

The four state-of-the-art digital cameras utilise optimised, low-distortion optics, anti-reflective nano-coating and integrated filters to eliminate the effects of sunlight and improve the reliability of measurements in any operating environment.

DRIVE ON ASSISTANT

The system assists the operator whilst the vehicle is being driven onto the lift, making it easier to position it correctly without the need for an assistant or additional mirrors. This feature is particularly useful for improving speed and safety in the workshop.

INTEGRATED LIFT WITH AUTOMATIC TRACKING

The lift fitted to the column allows the height of the measuring bar to be adjusted quickly. With the optional Autotracking function, the system automatically tracks the level of the targets and positions itself at the correct height, further reducing working time.

The new lightweight ClampOnTyre brackets never come into contact with the rim and ensure quick fitting, high precision and maximum convenience during wheel alignment.

PROADAS COMPATIBILITY

EXACT Precision Quattro is compatible with the Corghi PROADAS system. Thanks to the wheel alignment cameras, it is possible to precisely align the radar and camera calibration system, simplifying the maintenance process for vehicles fitted with ADAS.
