The P6000 EVO-LIFT is the Corghi plate brake tester designed for cars, vans up to 3.5 metric tons, motorcycles, tricycles, quadricycles, and ATVs. Compliant with the MCTCNet 2 protocol, it integrates braking efficiency testing, suspension play check, and vehicle lifting for visual vehicle inspections into a single solution.

Installed on the ERCO X5000 PT2/PT6 FAST LBT vehicle lift, it expands the concept of a universal inspection station by combining a brake tester, a 2- or 6-movement play detector, and a lift for visual inspections into a single workstation.

The P6000 EVO-LIFT version uses a 6-plate configuration, with two additional plates positioned between the lift’s platforms. This solution is particularly well-suited for inspection centres that frequently perform inspections on 3- and 4-wheeled motorcycles and ATVs, enabling faster testing thanks to the simultaneous measurement of all the vehicle’s wheels.

The range also includes the P5000 EVO-LIFT model, a 4-plate version based on the same architecture, designed for standard inspection applications.
