R.E.M.O. Compact Due is the Corghi wheel alignment system that was the first to introduce the concept of non-contact wheel measurement. Thanks to robotic scanning of the rim and tyre, it completely eliminates the need for brackets, adapters, and preliminary preparations, making wheel alignment a faster, simpler, and more profitable process.

Designed to work on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, it automatically captures wheel data without any physical contact with the rim or tyre. This technology speeds up procedures, eliminates the risk of rim damage, and improves the experience for both the technician and the customer.

R.E.M.O. Compact Due also allows wheel alignment to be used as a sales and service intake tool, immediately showing the customer the vehicle’s alignment status and facilitating approval of corrective work. R.E.M.O. CONTACTLESS TECHNOLOGY

The system detects the vehicle’s geometry without coming into contact with the wheel or rim. It does not require any brackets or accessories to be fitted to the wheel and is compatible with any type of rim.

ROBOTISED SCANNING

ROBOTISED SCANNING OF THE WHEEL RIM AND TYRE. Corghi’s proprietary technology automatically captures the wheel’s geometric data via a robotised scan, ensuring simplicity, speed and precision.

NO VEHICLE PREPARATION REQUIRED

R.E.M.O. Compact Due works on cars and vans without the need for any preliminary adjustments. The fact that no set-up is required speeds up the workflow and makes the system easy to integrate into the workshop’s day-to-day operations.

CHECKING VEHICLE ALIGNMENT ON RECEIPT

The system can be used as a pre-check tool when the vehicle is handed in. In just a few moments, the customer is given a clear overview of the situation and can immediately approve the recommended work.

UNATTENDED DATA COLLECTION

Whilst the measurement is being carried out, the operator can focus on other workshop tasks or advising the customer. This feature improves profitability and helps to optimise working time.
