The Artiglio A222 is the Corghi automatic tyre changer designed to simplify and make tire mounting and removal safer on passenger cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles, and motorcycles. It features a tilting post and a self-centring turntable capable of working on rims up to 22”, making it an ideal solution for workshops seeking reliability, ease of use, and uninterrupted operation.

The machine is available in a single-speed version or a 2V version with a dual-speed motor, and can be equipped with the T.I. tubeless inflation system for greater versatility in the services offered. Every detail is designed to ensure rim protection, operator ergonomics, and ease of use in daily operations.

TILTING POLE (TILTING BACK)

The tilting post allows quick access to the wheel and makes loading and unloading easier, improving ergonomics and safety during work.

TOOL-HOLDING ARM WITH AUTOMATIC LOCKING MECHANISM

At the touch of a button, the tool arm raises, retracts and locks simultaneously in both the horizontal and vertical planes. The spring-balanced tool shaft ensures smooth and precise movements.

DISASSEMBLY TOWER WITH PROTECTIVE INSERTS

The turret features redesigned profiles to work effectively on all types of rims.
The interchangeable plastic inserts ensure that alloy rims are protected during the removal and fitting processes.

WHEEL CLAMPING SYSTEM – SELF-CENTRING AND PROTECTED

The self-centring device is capable of clamping the rim from both the inside and the outside without damaging it. The plastic protective covers (available on request) enable you to work safely even on the latest generation of rims.

HIGH-POWERED STALLION

The tyre demounting machine is driven by a double-acting stainless steel cylinder with a diameter of 186 mm, which ensures high power and reliability.
An optional plastic protective sleeve helps to protect the alloy wheel during tyre demounting.

T.I. VERSION – TUBELESS INFLATION

On T.I. models, the 16-litre external tank complies with the EN 286 I.1 standard. The inflation nozzles, fitted to the skids, automatically adjust to the rim diameter, enhancing safety and convenience.
