The A224 A is an automatic Corghi tyre changer designed to ensure convenience, durability, and ease of use in daily tyre mounting and dismounting operations.
Equipped with a pneumatically tilting, self-centring turntable that accommodates wheels up to 24”, it is ideal for working on passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles.

The post’s structure ensures high torsional rigidity in all working positions, while the telescopic horizontal arm allows for quick and precise positioning of the mounting head relative to the rim.

Also available in the A224 model. The difference between the two models lies in the mounting head:

  • A224: manual arm lowering
  • A224 A: automatic arm lowering, for even faster and more repeatable work

available upon request in the DV version and with the T.I. tire mounting and inflation system, the A224A represents a reliable and versatile solution for workshops seeking a basic yet complete automatic tyre changer.

PNEUMATICALLY TILTABLE ARM SUPPORT POST

The boom support column can be tilted pneumatically and is designed to provide high torsional rigidity in any position.

It allows quick access to the wheel and improves safety during operations

HORIZONTAL TELESCOPIC ARM

The hexagonal telescopic horizontal arm allows for quick and precise positioning of the turret in relation to the rim, reducing set-up times and improving the repeatability of the work.

DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY TOWER

This tyre removal and fitting tool is a new design and features a rear wing that makes it easier to slide the tyre onto the rim during fitting.

The plastic guards prevent marks on the rims and ensure the machine works effectively even on RFT, UHP and BSR tyres
, when used in conjunction with the bead press (accessory).

PNEUMATIC SELF-CENTRING SYSTEM

The self-centring device is fitted with a double pneumatic cylinder
, capable of securely clamping any type of rim.
The taller, cast clamping jaws ensure a better grip from both the inside and outside, whilst the plastic guards protect the more delicate rims.

PNEUMATIC LOCKING MECHANISM

The simultaneous pneumatic locking of the horizontal arm and the vertical turret arm allows the head to be automatically positioned in the ideal working position.
