Artiglio 5000 is Corghi’s third-generation “Leva la Leva®” automatic tyre changer, designed for wheels on cars, SUVs, 4WDs, and commercial vehicles up to 28”. 

At the heart of the machine is the LITE Smart Corghi System, contactless technology that ensures the rim is never touched and drastically reduces stress on the tyre, even during the most demanding stages of removal and mounting. 

The patented, automatically positioning head assembly introduces a completely innovative approach to wheel service, improving operating speed, safety, and control—even on low-profile, Run Flat, and large wheels.

LITE SMART CORGHI SYSTEM – CONTACTLESS TECHNOLOGY

The new-generation contactless system allows the tyre to be removed and fitted without ever coming into contact with the rim, reducing stress on the tyre thanks to the synchronised movement of the tool and the wheel.

PATENTED AUTOMATIC POSITIONING HEAD ASSEMBLY

The patented, automatically positioning contactless head assembly allows the tyre to be removed and fitted without ever coming into contact with the rim, reducing stress on the tyre during the most demanding stages. 

The tilting demounting tool
enables rapid positioning of the head, improving operational fluidity and speed.

The
extended working area
makes the Artiglio 5000 particularly suitable for handling
large, studded and 4WD tyres.

The dynamic tyre-beading device, featuring twin mirrored beading discs, ensures precision, power and control. The patented controlled penetration ensures speed and repeatability, whilst the rapid second bead removal procedure – made possible by the patented disc movement – is particularly effective on tyres with stiff sidewalls.

The mechanical-manual wheel clamping system ensures stable and universal clamping. It allows both sides of the tyre to be removed without having to turn the wheel over, thereby improving speed and operational control. 

ERGONOMIC CONTROL PANEL AND INTUITIVE CONTROLS

The console is designed to be intuitive and easy to use straight away. The controls are simple and intuitive, designed to minimise the learning curve and ensure operational continuity even in the most demanding work environments.
