The EM 9250 C CompactLine is the Corghi wheel balancer designed for workshops looking for a compact, intuitive, and reliable solution without sacrificing advanced features and professional performance.

Thanks to the Smart Arm system with FSP function, automatic wheel positioning, and the automatic PneuLock pneumatic clamping system, the operator can work faster, reducing manual adjustments and improving the precision of the entire balancing process.  The spindle assembly is derived from higher-end models and ensures precision, reliability, and reduced cycle times, allowing work on wheels weighing up to 85 kg and with high offsets without the need for additional spacers.  Designed for daily work on passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles, the EM9250C CompactLine offers everything needed to boost productivity, service quality, and operational comfort.

Also available in the EM 9250 Premium, EM 9250 Professional, and EM 9250 Basic versions, with different levels of automation and wheel data acquisition.

SMART ARM WITH FSP – INTELLIGENT AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT

The Smart Arm system automatically detects the wheel’s diameter and distance and, thanks to the FSP (Fast Selection Programme) function, directly activates the correct balancing programme. This eliminates unnecessary steps and speeds up the work, reducing setting errors.

AUTOMATIC POSITIONING AND ELECTRIC BRAKE

At the end of the measurement cycle, the wheel is automatically moved into the correct position for fitting the counterweight. The electric brake locks the wheel in place, making the operation easier and improving speed and precision.

LED AND LASER LINE ILLUMINATOR

The LED light improves visibility of the work area, whilst the Laser Line pointer makes it easier to position the adhesive counterweights, enabling faster and more accurate work. 

PNEULOCK AUTOMATIC LOCKING SYSTEM

The EM 9250 C Premium model features the PneuLock automatic pneumatic clamping system, designed to reduce processing times and improve wheel centring accuracy. The result is increased productivity and consistent balancing quality.
