The EM 9380 C XLine is the Corghi wheel balancer designed for workshops seeking a professional solution that combines precision, ease of use, and daily productivity.

Designed to work on car wheels, SUVs, light commercial vehicles, and motorcycles, it incorporates automatic functions that speed up the work and reduce operator intervention, while consistently maintaining high standards of precision.

Thanks to the automatic wheel data acquisition system, automatic counterweight positioning, and the PneuLock pneumatic locking system, the EM 9380 C allows you to work faster, with fewer errors, and achieve a higher-quality final result.

The machine is designed to offer a smooth and intuitive user experience, featuring an ergonomic workstation, advanced software, and a complete suite of professional programs dedicated to optimizing wheel balancing.

Also available in the EM 9380 C XLine Touch version with automatic wheel clamping and the EM 9380 XLine version with manual wheel clamping.

AUTOMATIC WHEEL DATA ACQUISITION WITH FSP

The electronic detection system automatically detects the wheel’s diameter and distance and, thanks to the FSP (Fast Selection Programme) function, directly activates the correct balancing programme. This reduces the need for manual settings and speeds up the entire process.

AUTOMATIC POSITIONING AND ELECTRIC BRAKE (RPA)

At the end of the throw, the wheel is automatically braked and moved to the exact point where the counterweight is applied.
This function improves operational precision and reduces the time taken to complete the balancing process.

LED AND LASER LINE ILLUMINATOR

The built-in LED light improves visibility of the work area, whilst the Laser Line pointer makes it easier to position the adhesive counterweights, making the process quicker and more precise.

PNEULOCK AUTOMATIC LOCKING SYSTEM

The EM 9380 C model features the PneuLock automatic pneumatic system, designed to improve wheel centring and reduce operating times. The system ensures fast, precise and repeatable clamping, which is particularly valued in high-throughput workshops.
