The EM 9680 C Plus DotLine is the Corghi wheel balancer designed to deliver maximum operating speed and uncompromising precision, thanks to an advanced system that simplifies every stage of the process.
Designed for passenger car and commercial vehicle wheels, it incorporates technologies such as Smart Arm Pro, LaserDot, and automatic positioning, which minimize manual operations and guide the operator toward a perfect result the first time.  The result is a faster, standardized, and easier-to-manage workflow—ideal for shops looking to increase productivity and improve the quality of service offered to the end customer. SMART ARM PRO – INTELLIGENT AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT

The Smart Arm Pro digital balancer automatically detects wheel parameters and directly activates the balancing programmes, minimising the need for manual operations.
This enables you to work faster and with greater precision. 

LASERDOT – ERROR-FREE POSITIONING OF COUNTERWEIGHTS

The built-in laser pointer precisely indicates the exact point where the adhesive counterweights should be applied, eliminating any margin for error and speeding up the correction process.

RPA – AUTOMATIC WHEEL POSITIONING

At the end of the cycle, the wheel is automatically braked and moved into the correct balancing position, making it easier to apply the weights and reducing operating times. 

22” TOUCHSCREEN INTERFACE

The 22-inch wide touchscreen display allows for intuitive and fast operation, even in real-world working conditions (such as when wearing gloves or with dirty or wet hands). 

PNEULOCK / WINUT AUTOMATIC LOCKING SYSTEM

The C version features advanced wheel-locking systems: 

  • PneuLock → precise and repeatable automatic clamping
  • Winut (optional) → activation with a single control, without a foot pedal   

Result: greater speed and centring accuracy. 

CONNECTIVITY AND THE DIGITAL WORKSHOP

The EM 9680 C Plus is designed for integration with:
