SMART ARM WITH FSP – AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT

The Smart Arm system automatically captures the key wheel dimensions, intelligently selecting the most suitable balancing programme thanks to the FSP function. This means fewer manual steps, less chance of error and a much faster workflow, particularly for repetitive tasks.  

AUTOMATIC RPA POSITIONING AND ELECTRIC BRAKE

At the end of the throw, the wheel is automatically braked and moved to the exact position for applying the counterweights, without the need for manual adjustments. The electric brake further enhances the operator’s control and makes the operation quicker, more precise and more natural. 

LED LIGHTING AND LASER SUPPORT

The built-in LED light improves visibility of the work area, making tasks such as cleaning the rim and fitting weights easier. The laser system (available on request) guides the operator with extreme precision when positioning the counterweights, making the process even quicker and more reliable. 

WEIGHT OPTIMISATION AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMES

The Weight Management suite enables you to work more efficiently, reducing the use of counterweights and improving the final result. Furthermore, the Hidden Weight programme allows you to position the weights out of sight behind the spokes, enhancing the wheel’s appearance without compromising the quality of the balancing.
