The EM 9380 C Plus XLine Touch is the Corghi wheel balancer designed to offer precision, speed, and ease of use in a single, intuitive solution.

Designed for passenger car and commercial vehicle wheels, it combines advanced technologies such as Smart Arm, Laser Line, and automatic positioning, which minimize manual operations and make the work faster and more reliable. Thanks to the PneuLock automatic clamping system, the machine improves centring accuracy and reduces cycle times, allowing the shop to operate more smoothly and productively.  

The result is a wheel balancer designed for real-world use: fewer errors, greater speed, and consistent service quality.

Also available in versions with manual clamping and a wide screen.

SMART ARM WITH FSP – INTELLIGENT AUTOMATIC MEASUREMENT

The Smart Arm digital gauge automatically detects distance and diameter and directly activates the balancing programmes thanks to the FSP (Fast Selection Programme) function.
This reduces the number of steps involved and speeds up the work. 

LASER LINE SYSTEM – PRECISION IN WEIGHT APPLICATION

The laser guidance system (at 6 o’clock) allows the adhesive counterweights to be applied with extreme precision, eliminating errors and improving the quality of the final result.

RPA – AUTOMATIC WHEEL ALIGNMENT

At the end of the cycle, the wheel is braked and automatically positioned in the correct spot for balancing, making the process easier and reducing the time taken.

PNEULOCK AUTOMATIC LOCKING SYSTEM

The PneuLock system ensures precise and repeatable automatic clamping, improving alignment and reducing cycle times, which is particularly useful in high-volume workflows.

22-inch touchscreen interface

The 22-inch industrial touchscreen monitor offers a clear, intuitive interface that is suited to real-world workshop conditions, operating smoothly even when using gloves or with dirty hands. Quick
navigation between programmes helps to speed up operations and improve the operator’s experience at every stage of the work.
