The ERCO 4022 ELX is Corghi’s electromechanical 2-post lift, designed to offer maximum operational versatility for passenger cars, SUVs, light commercial vehicles, and long-wheelbase vans. With a lifting capacity of 4,000 kg, it represents a professional solution for repair shops that need a lift capable of accommodating a wide variety of vehicle types.
The system uses two independent motors—one for each column—controlled by an electronic board that manages the synchronization of movement. This configuration helps ensure operational precision, reliability, and long-term durability.
The four extra-long, symmetrical, four-stage arms were developed to maximize the lifting area and allow for the lifting of both compact cars and long-wheelbase vans. The minimum pick-up height of just 70 mm also allows for safe operation even on particularly low vehicles.

Designed to extend the lift’s range of applications, they make it easy to work on both city cars and long-wheelbase commercial vehicles such as the Mercedes Sprinter.

Dual synchronised motorisation

Two independent motors, one for each column, are controlled by a dedicated electronic circuit board which ensures that the movements are correctly synchronised.

Continuous automatic lubrication

The automatic lubrication system for the screws and worm gears helps to reduce maintenance and maintain high performance over time.

Automatic safety device

All the hoists in the series are fitted with an automatic system that activates in the event of excessive wear on the drive screw, thereby enhancing safety during use.
