The ERCO 4022 EVO is the Corghi 2-post electromechanical lift designed to provide a precise, reliable, and versatile lifting experience for everyday workshop tasks. With a lifting capacity of 4,000 kg, it is the ideal solution for working on passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles.

The three-stage telescopic arm configuration, electronic synchronization, and mechanical lifting system using worm screws allow for efficient operation on vehicles with short and medium wheelbases, as well as vans. The asymmetrical installation also allows for wider door opening and improves access to the passenger compartment during service work.

Developed in accordance with the EN 1493:2022 standard, the ERCO 4022 EVO incorporates numerous features designed for safety, ergonomics, and durability, making it a professional choice for workshops seeking high performance and operational reliability.

Three-stage telescopic arms

The universal lifting area is designed to work on a wide range of vehicles, from short-wheelbase models to vans. The ability to park the arms parallel at the rear also facilitates correct vehicle positioning.

Mechanical lifting and electronic synchronization

The two high-efficiency electric motors—one per column—work in conjunction with Electronic synchronization to ensure smooth, precise, and reliable movements. The system uses worm screws for the carriages’ lifting.

Reinforced columns

The bent columns with internal reinforcement are designed to provide high structural strength and stability during lifting.

Integrated Security System

The hoist is equipped with an automatic stop in the event of obstacles during descent, a safety nylon load nut, and a CE-certified stop before the final descent. These features enhance operational safety and help reduce maintenance requirements.

Door protection pad

The rubber guards installed on the columns and arms help prevent accidental damage to the doors when parking the vehicle.
