The EM 9780 C Plus AutomaticLine is the Corghi wheel balancer designed to take the concept of balancing to the next level: fully automatic, contactless, and guided, it minimizes operator intervention and maximizes productivity.
Thanks to the combination of an internal laser sensor and an external sonar sensor, the machine automatically detects all wheel dimensions without the need for manual input, eliminating errors and speeding up the process.

The system autonomously manages the main operations—from positioning and braking the wheel to precisely indicating the weight application point—making the process fast, standardized, and consistently accurate.

CONTACTLESS SYSTEM WITH LASER AND SONAR SENSORS

The wheel dimensions are measured automatically using a system that combines an internal laser sensor with an external sonar, completely eliminating the need for manual data entry.
This allows you to work more quickly and with greater precision on any type of wheel. 

FULLY AUTOMATIC – NO OPERATOR INTERVENTION

The machine automatically handles all operational stages: 

  • measurement
  • launch 
  • braking 
  • positioning 

This drastically reduces processing times and ensures maximum repeatability of results. 

AUTOMATIC POSITIONING (RPA) + LED ILLUMINATOR

At the end of the cycle, the wheel is braked and automatically moved into the correct position, making it easier to fit the counterweights.
The built-in LED light improves visibility and makes operations more precise and quicker. 

INTUITIVE TOUCHSCREEN INTERFACE

The touchscreen system allows for simple and intuitive programme management, reducing selection times and improving the operator’s experience.
